Welcome to Byte Academy! By using our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to follow these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to register. We reserve the right to remove users who:
- Show no intention of learning
- Do not complete assigned exercises
- Display disrespectful or inappropriate behavior
2. User Conduct
All users must behave respectfully and responsibly. Any misuse of our platform may result in account suspension or termination.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and website content are the property of Byte Academy. Users are not allowed to copy, reuse, or redistribute any content without written permission.
4. User Content (Ratings)
In the future, users may be able to post ratings or feedback. All user-generated content must be respectful and constructive. Offensive or misleading content will be removed.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
We will soon enable online payments. Users who subscribe will have access to specific course levels based on their subscription.
6. Refund Policy
Users may cancel their subscription within the first week and request a full refund. No refunds will be given after this period.
